Project Description

Spanish Web, Corde Lisse, Sling, Fabric

Born and raised in the Southeast, Paul has been performing since the age of eight. He studied dance with the Northeast Atlanta Ballet and Gwinnett Ballet Theatre and went on to complete his BFA in musical theatre with a minor in dance from Western Carolina University under the direction of Broadway veteran, Terrence Mann. For the past eight years, Paul has been working as a performer, dance captain, swing, teacher, competition judge and creative collaborator. Paul’s performance career has taken him all over the globe working with companies like Holland America Cruise Lines, The Arkansas Repertory Theatre, Asheville Lyric Opera, and the Broadway National Tours of Finding Neverland and Andy Blankenbuehler’s Joseph and the Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat. Paul’s aerial journey began back in 2016 with his first private class and he’s been hooked ever since. His first aerial performance job was with Dragonfly’s very own Jen aboard the MS Eurodam and later the MS Noordam. Outside of performance, Paul is an award winning choreographer, artist, certified yoga teacher, and professional dance adjudicator. He is thrilled to be bringing all of his experiences with him into the Dragonfly Aerial Company family.
