Welcome to the Elevate Pro Aerial Competition, hosted by the Dragonfly Aerial Company in beautiful Colorado Springs, Colorado.
Event Dates: Thursday, July 10th-Sunday, July 13th, 2025
Elevate judges are working industry professionals in a position to hire/request specific artists or place artists in current productions. This year we anticipate hosting Pro-Show judges from Aida, Celebrity and Carnival Cruise Lines, RWS Global and On the Fly Productions.
We’ve confirmed returning competition judges, Destiny Vinley- Aerial Install Director for Celebrity Cruise lines, Tanya Burka of Cirque du Soleil and Cirque Elouise and new this year, Connor Dealy-Aerial Supervisor for Carnival Cruise Lines and On the Fly Productions. Competition judges will evaluate Elevate performances on criteria such as creativity, technique, and difficulty while also looking for artists who are marketable, malleable, commercial but also unique. These artists will roll over to the Pro-Show to be audited by casting professionals from Aida, RWS Global, On the Fly and Carnival. These professionals are looking for artists that can fill specific positions in current productions and/or future projects. To roll over, artists must be able to stand out as a headliner. Call-backs Sunday will determine if artists have the required strength as well as the ability to assimilate with a cast, and be a reliable partner.

Elevate is an event like no other. Elevate is where the top talent meets the professionals that present the contracts. In addition, where else can talent, ready to launch, attend a Friday “ Meet & Greet” with the hiring parties, have their marketing materials reviewed from a casting agents perspective for feedback and/or network with those already on the inside? …not to mention attend Pro-Level workshops and lectures, photo shoots and reel recordings to develop or update marketing materials.

Space is limited. Elevate registration will be limited to 50 slots. Applicants will be required to submit a short and informal training or performance video link or reel (under 3 min.) upon registration to confirm professional level eligibility.
