What if you want to try them all? Mixed Apparatus is a class that runs in 6 week series of different apparatus. We learn how to translate skills from one to the other and we learn how to create new skills on new apparatus! We work on hard bar apparatus such as Trapeze, ladders, chairs, hoop (tippy, double point and single point) and soft apparatus such as sling, loops, net, rope and straps! Your limited only by your imagination. There is always something new to explore in our mixed apparatus class! Here are a few examples!
