Partnering acro is a broad term to cover many types of partnering movement, and may include elements of acrobatic gymnastics, acro yoga, dance, stunting, and acrobatic circus arts. Practicing acro builds strength, balance, flexibility, communication, and creative thinking. In competitive acrobatic gymnastics, you work in groups of two, three, or four people; in this class, we’ll work on skills in those groupings, as well as creating larger group skills. No partner needed to join, and all skill levels are welcome!
