Introduction to hoop is where it all begins! Join us while we learn to navigate the space between in a solid apparatus with limited boundaries! Learn multiple mounts, poses and pose retention and transition during kinetic/spinning/swinging movement. Focus on conditioning to get stronger while increasing flexibility and balance.

In Intermediate hoop class we break down dynamic skills and learn different progressions to safely incorporate beginning hoop drops and swinging techniques into sequences. Additionally, we develop short spinning sequences to master transitions and choreography, while gaining strength.

Advanced Hoop class is where we work progressions and transitions for dynamic hoop tricks, as well as more advanced flows for fast spin sequences. On any given week, we will condition knee hangs, toe and heel hangs, work on progressions for various drops, and develop the balance and strength needed for safe, hands-free transitions.
