You will see Matthew everywhere, doing anything needed to keep Dragonflies in the air, especially DAC Performance lighting, sound and anything technical! Entertainment was his first dream, and for 30 years, Matthew was a professional Magician and Illusionist. He is also a certified clinical hypnotherapist and NLP Practitioner and is passionate about creating a lasting, positive impact in the lives of the people he meets. He is believes his successes in the entertainment industry were due to having learned, and put into practice, the skills of goal-setting, visualization, self-hypnosis and, most importantly, a growth mindset. He shines in helping others live more fully, through eliminating limiting beliefs and negative self-talk. Matthew’s implementation of the growth mindset is the foundation for Dragonfly.
